1. What are your stickers made of?

Our stickers are printed on high-quality, laminated vinyl. We prioritize sustainability in all aspects of our business, so our packaging is also minimal and recyclable. All stickers are made with love on Vancouver Island.

2. Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! Our stickers are waterproof, durable, and weather-resistant, making them perfect for decorating water bottles, laptops, journals, and more.

3. How do I apply my stickers?

To apply your sticker, make sure the surface is clean and dry. Peel off the backing, position the sticker where you want it, and press down firmly, smoothing out any bubbles. Our stickers are easy to apply and reposition if needed.

4. Do you offer custom stickers?

Yes, we do! We can print your design or work with you to create a custom design. Just send us a message to chat about options and pricing—we’d love to bring your ideas to life!

5. Where do you ship to?

Right now we are only shipping to Canada and USA on our website, however if you are from anywhere else in the world, you can purchase the same products from our Etsy Shop: mindfulovermindfull.etsy.com

6. How long does shipping take?

For orders within Canada, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. International shipping can take 1-4 weeks, depending on your location. Keep in mind that customs processing may cause delays.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We want you to be happy with your stickers! If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to resolve it. Due to the nature of the product, we don’t offer returns or exchanges on used stickers, but we’re always here to help if there’s a problem.

8. Do you donate to any causes?

Yes! We donate a portion of our proceeds to charitable organizations. For example, 10% of sales from our vegan-themed stickers go to 'A Home For Hooves,' a farm animal rescue sanctuary on Vancouver Island. We plan to expand our donations to support other causes aligned with our values in the future.

9. What do you mean by eco-friendly packaging?

We use minimal, eco-friendly packaging for all orders to reduce waste. Our packaging materials are either recyclable or compostable, and we encourage you to reuse or recycle them whenever possible.

10. Where can I find my tracking information?

Most of our products ship through standard letter mail with no tracking information. If you upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout then your tracking information will be in your email after it is dispatched.
