When will my order arrive?

We send out the orders on the 30th of each month. As long as you place your first order by the 25th, it will count towards the first month.

Do I need to sign up every month?

No, we have a few subscription options. You can sign up monthly, it will automatically renew every month but you have the option to cancel, or skip a month. You can also sign up for three months at a time, or sign up for a full year.

Can I track my order?

You can view your order status under your profile but the non-digital charm of the slow mail is using postage stamps which do not have tracking. Rest assured, the worldwide mail system is pretty amazing but if a letter hets lost in the mail, we will always replace it.

How do I manage my subscription?

On our website you can go to your profile tab and decide to cancel, or skip a subscription. We will also email you before the next payment comes out with a link to your subscriptiontion giving you an opportunity to skip.

Are the stickers and prints exclusive?

Yes! All the products that get sent out in the slow mail will be brand new never before seen stickers and prints. The only way to get them is to join the club!

What if I want one of the previous month's packages?

We have you covered, you can shop the archive sale below and find all of the previous months envelopes!

How long does "Snail Mail" take?

We are based on Vancouver Island in Canada.

Regional orders will be 2-3 days

National orders are 3-5 days

USA orders are 5-10 days

International orders are 5-20 days.

How do I stop Automatic Payments

Go to your profile or find an email and click the "Manage Subscription" Button. You can Pause or Cancel your subscription and will not be billed again. If you already prepaid for a 3 month or a yearly subscription, you will still get those letters.

If I bought a 3 month or 1 year and Cancel, do I still get those letters?

Yes! If you pre-paid for a 3 month or 1 year, those letters are guaranteed. Cancelling or pausing just stops you from being charged again.
